Exciting news from Hoi An!
Once threatened by erosion, Cua Dai Beach has undergone a stunning transformation. Since 2020, the government has invested in building a breakwater about 200m away from the seaside, extending from Boutique Resort Beach to Cua Dai Beach (bordering Victoria Hoi An Resort); the project was completed over a year ago.
Check out some photos from September 2023 that reveal the remarkable recovery, with the beach stretching from Boutique Resort Beach to Victoria Hoi An Resort, showcasing a beautiful expanse of sand. Once heavily eroded, the area in front of Victoria Hoi An Beach now boasts a wide, inviting shoreline.
This successful restoration not only enhances the natural beauty of Cua Dai Beach but also promises an improved experience for both locals and tourists.
